BNPL fintech for Mexican e-commerce. Turned business tasks into requirements and prototypes and shipped features across the customer app, the merchant portal and marketing.

• Designed the BNPL customer product from zero to launch for mobile, desktop and internal use: loan application with KYC, plan selection with CAT disclosure and e-signing, down payment, personal account and payments; the product reached 54 merchants and about 5,000 customers.
• Designed the B2B merchant portal (orders, sessions funnel, payouts, integrations, magic-link login) that replaced manual reporting by email, with refunds in every order status to make refund requests easier for merchants.
• Built AI workflows for prototyping, test assembly, drafts and layouts, and replicated the team’s UI kit in an AI design tool connected to the front-end repository: working prototypes now take far less time and no front-end effort.
• Increased take rate (share of approved loans that get signed) by 20% by analysing in-app user behaviour in Microsoft Clarity session recordings and turning the findings into product changes.
• Led competitor research, including mystery shopping of Kueski, Aplazo and Creditea with real purchases and returns; the findings became the foundation for the product’s key decisions.

Responsible for interface design of a SaaS AI agent platform for enterprise clients.

• Designed the desktop and mobile apps of the platform from concept to launch.
• Built a design system tailored to chat-based interaction with an AI agent, including integrations with external services such as Microsoft Office apps (PowerPoint and others).
• Designed onboarding and core user flows, from first login to everyday work with the agent.
• Worked with product managers and engineers from discovery to handoff and design QA.
• Validated concepts before development through user interviews, surveys and usability testing of interactive prototypes.
• Brought AI tools into the design process.

• Designed the mobile banking app for the Philippines: home screen and wallet, cards, loans and investments; adapted the product for a separate UAE launch.
• Shortened the online loan application form: drop-off down 20% with no loss in scoring quality.
• Introduced a design review process that reduced design-related bugs and cut design sync time from 30 to 8 hours a month.
• Ran usability tests on interactive prototypes using Jobs-to-be-Done.
• Started using AI in product work: competitor analysis and preparing research questions.

Owned the development and redesign of the investment part of the mobile banking app: brokerage account, stock portfolio and investment products.

• Raised NPS of the investment app by 20 points through a UX redesign; the app was named Best Investment Service by Markswebb.
• Designed an investment advisor feature that grew the average portfolio by 15% and conversion to product purchase by 24%.
